Some Novel Suggestions to Read

No pun intended.

Ok...so the pun was intended.

Well, this is a page from one avid reader to another. I've read many many books and I decided that it would be great to recommend some to my visitors! If you've never heard of these books, you definitely shoud try reading one. And if you have heard of one of them, then I hope you enjoyed reading it.

Now, onto the list! (Which will be horribly out of order, so don't believe that they are listed by genre, preference, title, or author, or anything else. And the latest book I've read will most likely be on top.)

Reading Recommendations

one of those hideous books where the mother dies by Sonya Sones - I'm not usually into books in verse, but this is an interesting story. I really love the voice of Ruby, the main character, and what happens to her when she has to move to LA to live with her megafamous father who hasn't cared about her for 15 years. Even if you are not a poetry fan, I recommend this to you. It's also a good quick read.

Memoirs of a Teenage Amnesiac by Gabrielle Zevin - This is one of my all-time favorite books! It's the story of Naomi and what happens after she falls down the stairs at her high school and looses her memory. Now she has to relearn about the events and people in her life. It is such an amazingly written novel with characters that have real voice. I recommend this to anyone who loves reading fiction.

The Song Reader by Lisa Tucker - Y'know what palm reading is, right? How psychics look at you hand to decifer you future. Well, in this novel, Mary Beth is a song reader. She can ask people what songs then have stuck in their heads to help them with their lives. But what happens when she hears one person wrong? This is an incredible story you won't be able to put down! Recommended to any fiction lover.

Leap Day by Wendy Mass - This book is very unique. The story takes the entire day of Leap Day, and it tells the same story with two different points of view - Josie's day on her birthday, and everyone else around her. It's so interesting to learn about what everyone else is thinking. If you've ever wondered what people around you think in their minds, then you'll get a kick out of this book.

Princess Academy by Shannon Hale - I love this book so much! It is great for anyone interested in fantasy. It's the story of Miri and how she wants to fit in because she is different than everyone else. Then her whole village has to send all the young girls to the Princess Academy so one can marry the prince. It's also a tale of friendship, love, and understanding yourself.

The Entire Twilight Series by Stephenie Meyer - If you enjoy fantasy, romance, or scary stories than these are books you will love! The characters are so in depth that you can relate to their joy and hardships, and you won't want to put them down. My friend had to force me to read them (glad she did xD) and if you've seen people reading them, try picking one up for yourself to enjoy! A hint: a human falls in love with a vampire...OMG! The four books in order are: Twiight, New Moon, Eclipse, Breaking Dawn

Pretty Little Liars Series by Sara Shepard - These books had me gripping the edge of the pages to see what woud happen next. The plots are filled with twists and turns all revolving around scandals, lies, and hidden secrets of four ex-best friends. They are being haunted by strange texts from 'A', who seems to stop at nothing...ok, I can't say anymore cause I may give something away! The four books in order are: Pretty Little Liars, Flawless, Perfect, Unbelievable
